HOW TO BOOK

All of our Rentals items can be found on our website www.turnuppartyrentals.com.

 

We do not currently offer booking through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once you know which items you would like to rent and the amount of each item, please contact us, and provide the date of your event so we can confirm availability. 

 

You can call or text us at 423-693-7441, or leave us a message here on our website through our contact form, or on our facebook page. If we don’t respond right away someone will contact you within a few hours. We appreciate your patience!

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Once we've confirmed that the items you've chosen are available to rent, we will send you an invoice through QuickBooks. To create the invoice, we need your email, physical address, and delivery time. We encourage you to look through the invoice to ensure all details of your delivery are correct. 

 

You can pay online through the invoice. We also accept Cashapp payments. If paying with cash, please have the correct amount. For safety reasons, our drivers do not carry cash.

 

All rental prices are for 1 day. Unless we agree to different terms, equipment must be available for pick up by 8:00pm the following day. We do offer some flexibility depending on the event, and our delivery schedule. Do not be afraid to ask. We are here to satisfy our customer’s needs.  

Your event rentals are not guaranteed until payment has been made. We are receiving more demand, and cannot hold equipment until at least a 25% deposit has been made. We will not load our trucks with your order until full payment has been made.  

Same-day pickups after 8pm must be agreed to prior. We currently cannot pick up or deliver before 6pm on weekdays. If weekday service is needed, we will deliver the day before and pick up the day after the event if it you go past 8pm at no extra cost to the customer. 

 

Refunds

No refund will be offered If you cancel your event.  We will allow you to reschedule your event, or exchange for different products at equal price, if available.

TENT RENTALS

To best protect you and your guests, we use sandbags as well as multiple stakes that can range from a few inches up to 2 feet long to lock the tents in place, even during windy conditions. We would hate to be the cause of a disruption in your event due to a damaged pipe or utility line. 

 

To prevent those damages, we ask that you call 811. 811 is a service used to mark underground pipes. 811 is usually very fast about responding to requests and the service is FREE. 

 

If 811 is not contacted, we have no way of knowing what is beneath the soil. If you would like us to just use the sandbags without stakes, we will honor your wishes, but you will have to sign a waiver.

Our delivery fee is to drop-off and pick-up. There are extra fees if we have to run up and down stairs or move equipment more than 100ft. 

 

We deliver clean equipment and expect for it to be returned in the same condition. There are extra fees if we must remove cake, glitter, footprints, etc. from our equipment after it is returned 

 

Extra fees: $20 per hour

Yes, you may pick up from us. We will gladly meet you at our facilities.

 

Copy of a valid Id and credit card are needed for all deliveries and pick ups
